We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your Fleurwee purchase and want you to know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope that we can help to resolve whatever issues you may have.
Generally, all of our Fleurwee products have a full 6-month warranty and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below to let us know what we can do to help you.
Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through fleurwee.com or the Fleurwee Direct store on Amazon. For purchases made through Fleurwee's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
After we receive your return form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided promptly. Please write the RMA number on your parcel and ship back before the expiration date of the RMA number. Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.
Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it：
a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.
b) Valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from our site or customer service after submitting the return form.

1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.We'll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address.
5.We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order.
6. Before you return the product or claim for a refund please contact our customer service first by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.orgWe'd like to help. We do not accept any returns and chargebacks without informing our customer service team. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account which is from your original order in accordance with the return conditions.
